We are now offering Virtual Chiropractic Appointments.
Given the current COVID-19 Pandemic, it is necessary to provide you with tools, so you can continue improving your health, even if circumstances make an in-person appointment not possible.

Even when hands-on health care is not possible, we have a wealth of knowledge that can help you get out of pain and /or meet your health goals.
What Is a Virtual Appointment?

Virtual Appointments are a component of telehealth services. A Virtual Appointment is a video consultation with Dr. Isabel via VSee. It is a secure video session and is HIPAA compliant. We are happy to provide the option of a Virtual Appointment. We know that during this time, an in home visit may not be possible for all our patients.

Can a Virtual Appointment Help Me?

Yes. Virtual Appointments can help when you are unsure of how to manage your symptoms but cannot schedule an appointment, due to circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic.

How Can I Book a Virtual Appointment?
To book a Virtual Appointment, you can email us, call or text 226-899-1402. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email with your virtual appointment date, time and a link. At your appointment time, click the link, it will take you to the virtual "Clinic", and then click on "Enter Waiting Room". Your appointment will begin.

What Do I Need For a Virtual Appointment?
To participate in a Virtual Appointment you need:
-
A quiet area where you are unlikely to be disturbed for the duration of your appointment.
-
Enough space to participate in any exercises prescribed.
-
Access to a reliable internet source.
-
A device with a camera and audio, such as a computer, tablet or cell phone.
-
Equipment you may already have like a yoga / exercise mat and / or exercise bands.

What Happens During a Virtual Appointment?
After you book a Virtual Appointment, you will receive instructions by email that will instruct you to click on a link at the time of your appointment. Try to sign on 5-10 mins prior to your appointment time. Clicking on the link will lead you to a virtual "Clinic". Then click on "Enter Waiting Room". Dr. Isabel will join you at your appointment time.
I am sure you are wondering, how can Chiropractic Services be delivered virtually? Just like during an in-person appointment, Dr. Isabel will ask you questions to better understand your symptoms, such as how or when the symptoms began, the location of your symptoms, and what helps or makes your symptoms worse. She may also ask you to move around. This will result in a conversation about why you are experiencing symptoms and what the cause is. The remainder of the Virtual Appointment will be recommendations for self-care. Such as positions to help provide relief and cold or heat therapy. Next, an individualized exercise plan will be reviewed, outlining stretching and strengthening exercises to help your manage and alleviate your symptoms.
