     Electrotherapy modalities, such as TENS or IFC, are an effective therapy to increase the self-healing process and provide pain relief.

     Electrotherapy modalities are useful in decreasing pain, joint stiffness, inflammation, swelling, and muscle spasms.

     Kinesiotape is a therapeutic tape used to increase healing and speed up recovery time, by providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting movement.

     It helps relieve swelling, inflammation and pain. It also improves awareness of your body position to help you maintain proper posture.

     Acupuncture is a complementary medical practice that entails stimulating certain points on the body, most often with a needle penetrating the skin, to alleviate pain or to help treat various health conditions.

     Custom orthotics work on your feet to reduce stress and strain on your body by bringing your feet back into proper alignment. They can help in the treatment of foot, leg and back pain.
